Chef’s History – Team of Japan 2010

Team of Japan presented at the Culinary Institute of America’s 2010 Worlds of Flavor International Conference & Festival. These chefs are cooking once a month in Tohoku (Northeastern Japan where the earthquake and tsunami occurred) to uplift the spirits of the people in the region.
